RETURN AND REFUND POLICY FOR WEB3 CARNIVAL

Thank you for choosing to attend the Web3 Carnival! We want to ensure that your experience is enjoyable and hassle-free. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below for complete ticket purchases and refund information.

1. Purchase of Your Ticket

  1. Valid Ticket: To attend the Event, you must hold a valid Ticket.
  2. Admission: Each Ticket admits one person only, unless otherwise specified.
  3. E-Ticket Delivery: Your Ticket will be delivered as an e-ticket to the email address provided during the ticket purchase process.
  4. Ticket Safety: Please keep your Ticket safe and keep it private from unauthorized individuals.
  5. Unauthorized Duplication: Unauthorized duplication of your Ticket may prevent your admittance to the Event. We are not responsible for any inconvenience caused by unauthorized duplication.
  6. Validity: Your Ticket becomes valid as soon as we have received full payment in cleared funds and will expire immediately after the completion of the Event. It is your responsibility to check your Ticket upon receipt and contact us immediately if you notice any errors.
  7. Security Checks: For security purposes, all participants are advised to bring personal identification, as security checks may be conducted at our discretion.
  8. Right to Prohibit: We reserve the right to prohibit any person from attending the Event for any reason deemed reasonable by us, and in such cases, we shall not be liable to provide a refund or compensation.

2. Refund and/or Cancellation of Tickets

  1. Cancellation or Rescheduling of the Event: All Ticket(s) cannot be exchanged, canceled, or refunded after purchase unless the Event is canceled or rescheduled.
  2. Adverse Weather: In the event that the Event is canceled or curtailed due to adverse weather conditions, we shall not be liable to make any refund or pay any compensation.
  3. Other Reasons for Cancellation or Rescheduling: If the Event is canceled or rescheduled for any reason other than adverse weather, you will be entitled to claim a refund from us in accordance with this policy. To initiate a refund request, you must notify us as soon as possible.
  4. Refund Amount: The refund amount for a Ticket will be equal to the price received by us for that specific Ticket.
  5. Refund Recipient: Refunds will only be made to the original person in our records who purchased the Ticket. Whenever possible, we will use the same method of payment recorded in our system for the refund. Please allow a reasonable processing time for refunds to be issued.

Note: Unauthorised duplication of your Ticket may prevent your admittance to the Event. We are not responsible for any inconvenience caused by unauthorized duplication.
